WARRANTY PERIOD

Products purchased from Mintronix Service Center, LLC dba Mintronix Computer Solutions, LLC carry a standard, one year, manufacturer’s warranty. Products are guaranteed to be free from defect in material and workmanship for twelve months from the original invoice date. Warranty covers parts and labor required to repair any defect or failure of the product. Repaired or replaced items are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. Mintronix Computer Solutions, LLC also provides out-of-warranty repairs for most of the Mintronix, Inc. older generation products. LIMITED WARRANTY

Should the product prove defective by reasons of workmanship or material Mintronix Computer Solutions, LLC will repair or, at its discretion, replace the product without charge for parts and labor for a period of twelve months from the original invoice date. Limited warranty does not apply if (1) the product is damaged by accident, improper installation, misuse, acts of nature; (2) the product is altered or repaired by anyone other than Mintronix Computer Solutions, LLC.

SHIPPING

Mintronix Computer Solutions, LLC will make special concessions for out of box failures within 30 days from the purchase date and will pay all related shipping costs. Under the terms of the one year parts and labor warranty, customer pays shipping to Mintronix Computer Solutions, LLC repair facility. Mintronix Computer Solution, LLC will return the product via Ground and pay all shipping related charges back to the customer.

EXCHANGES / CREDITS

Returns for exchange or credit are at the sole discretion of Mintronix Computer Solutions, LLC Credits and/or exchanges may be considered it requested within fifteen days from the purchase date. A restocking or handling fee of 15% may be applied to returns or exchanges after fifteen days from the purchase date.

RETURNS

Please obtain a RMA number prior to sending any equipment (see RMA instruction page). Product should be packaged in the original materials. Place the RMA number on the outside of the box. Return must be shipped FREIGHT PREPAID. Returns not meeting these guidelines are subject to refusal.
